Sunlit tale of life from dawn to dusk
These pictures were taken in 2024 in Swakopmund, Namibia. It is often misty here and the sunrays breaking through the mist, paint the town in orange hues.
Looking through these photos, I realised that

"Dawn's Magical Arrival"
In a fairy land where the sun's rays, breaking through the morning mist, paint the town in shades of orange, we are part of the magic. We fly to this earth like birds, unexpectedly and beautifully in the sun's rays of dawn.
"Embarking on a Sunlit Path"
We appear alone, illuminated by the rays of the sun. Each of us a unique spark of life, ready to embark on our journey. Each of us arrives with a unique purpose, bringing light and hope to the world.
"Building Dreams Together"
As we grow, we find our partners, with whom we are ready to spend our whole life. Our hearts beat in harmony, we feel an unbreakable bond. Together, we build dreams and create a life filled with love and adventure.
"Flying to the Ends of the Earth"
And we feel that we are ready to fly with them to the ends of the earth, our love giving us wings and the courage to face any challenge. We see the way ahead to the bright future and our life is cloudlessly serene.
"Resilience on the Path"
But as in all fairy tales, sometimes, something may not go as we would like. There is a chance that along our well-lit path, things may break down or some obstacle may arise. Yet we cope with the situation, our bond growing stronger with each obstacle we overcome. Our resilience and determination keep us moving forward.
"Teaching Dreams"
And we continue to live. Our love shining brighter than ever. Our family grows, and soon, children come along. We show them the wonders of the world, teaching them to explore and dream. Their laughter filling our hearts with joy and our home with warmth.
"New Horizons Await"
As the years go by, our children leave the nest for their own journey, spreading their wings to explore new horizons, just as we once did. We watch with pride and a touch of sadness as our kids embark on their own adventures. They are happy and we are aware that so much of the journey ahead is unknown. There will also be many new discoveries, joys and sorrows that await them.
"Cherished Moments"
We are left only together, probably with a dog, cherishing our love that has endured through the years and every quiet moment right now. It is not quite easy to run, and even walking is not that fast, but life goes on nonetheless.
"The Golden Journey"
After a while, we are again alone, basking in the sundown's rays and looking at it with gratitude for the journey we've shared. Our hearts full of rich life experiences and cherished memories. We had lived a life filled with love, adventure, and resilience.
"A Fairy Tale Remembered"
As the sun begins to set, the magical story of our lives come to an end, we fly away like birds in the sunlight of the sunset. Our journey complete. But life goes on as we left behind a legacy of love and light, a fairy tale that would be remembered for generations to come. The very new dawn will come in the morning and in the rays of the bright orange sun, new birds will arrive, and we will watch the adventures of new lives from afar, with a slight chuckle and a sense of pride as we know the lessons we taught continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who heard our tale.
